Date Night!

Today our friends Joey and Candice got married. It was a very nice wedding! Brian and I actually went ALONE..I know, can you believe it?? We had a great night! My parents came up for the weekend and watched Austin.

Lets Go Swimming

We went to our friends yesterday to play in the pool! The kids had a great time splashing around.

We finally got a picture of Austin and Reece. She's a busy toddler right now!

Kennedy loves splashing and getting everyone wet! Now maybe Austin knows how I feel when he's splashing me in the tub!

I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for Ice Cream

We have been on quite the ice cream kick lately! Austin LOVES the ice cream on a cone. Before you can even get a bite for yourself, he's ready for more. He swings his legs and bounces up and down and grunts. It's kind of funny!

We love our sippy cup!

Austin really loves using his sippy cup! He gets so upset if you take it away!

Off to K.C. to Meet Baby Bennett

We left Friday morning at 6am (I know...I was up early!!) and headed to Pittsfield to pickup Aunt Brandi and Justin and then headed to Kingdom City to pick up Aunt Kerri and Jenna. We all piled into the Tahoe and headed for Kansas City. After our journey, we finally got to meet Bennett! He is SO tiny and cute! We had a whirlwind of a weekend! It was great to together with all the kids. I think the Dad's need to take a trip like this with the kids someday to really appreciate what us Mama's go through!! I was so excited to be able to take the Cook's 1st family photo!!

Then we tried to take a picture of the 'adult cousins'. Of course that's when the boys wanted to get their picture taken! It was a riot!

We have a monkey in the house!

Austin loves banging on our gates! I think he looks like a little monkey!

New Trike!

Austin got a new trike. He LOVES it! We had to push him around the 1st few days in the house because it was so cold outside. He's getting really good at waving 'bye-bye' and 'hi'!

Too tired to eat...

Austin feel asleep for the 1st time in the high chair. We were at my Mom's after a long weekend and he just couldn't make it any longer. He's not good at taking morning naps anymore if there's anything going on at all! He's a lot like his father...he's afraid he'll miss something!!
