Potty Party

I never imagined that Mason would get through his sticker chart so quickly!  He's very strong willed and doesn't typically like to try new things.  He been dry for 3 whole days!  He even does #2 in the potty!!  He thoroughly enjoyed his potty party!  ;)

Go Ross!

Tonight we went over by Peoria to watch our nephew Ross play baseball.  We decided last minute to put the potty chair in.  Good thing.  The boy will not pee outside!  So he went in the parking lot, no problem! (Think he might kill me for these pictures later in life?)  My parents have a similar picture of me doing the same thing!

 After the game the boys played a bit with Ross and his teammates.

Ross and his team went to Avanti's for dinner.  Austin was begging to go so we dropped he and Brian off and my sister took the 2 littles and went to Red Lobster.  Mason of course had to potty and refused to go in anything but his potty chair.  It was raining out so I did the best I could to clear a spot in the back for him.  He went right away!

 

It was storming pretty good on our way home and he had to go again. Brian said we couldn't get out so we put the potty chair between the 2 bucket seats and he went again!  No accidents again today!  Go Mason!

Finally, it's nice outside!

Not only has Mason decided it's pretty fun to potty in the potty....but it's also fun to drive the tractor he got a year ago!!  He' never wanted to push his foot down on the pedal, until today.  We showed him how (once again) and he thought it was so neat.  He loves it!  See-he likes to do things at his own pace!

It's Potty Training Day!

Austin was so easy to potty train!  Mason on the other hand....

We have attempted this several times and give up because he screams and kicks and WILL.NOT.PEE...or even SIT on the potty!

We've really been talking it up lately how we are almost out of diapers and it's time for him to use the potty....he is going to be 3 in August.  It's.time.  After forcing him to sit on the potty and him screaming...70 minutes later...he went.  It only got better!  He loved the sticker chart and M&M's!  We decided to roll with the Moon Signs this time and go all out with it until he's potty trained.  We are home bound for awhile!

Day 3-Current 0 accidents!!  :)

An end to a great weekend!

We got their early knowing with it being a holiday weekend it would probably be busy.  The kids did great!!  They were anxious to feed the fish on our way out.

The sleeping beauties...Brigham and Finley were passed out on the way back!

Love how her thumb is wedged into her mouth.  She couldn't get comfy with her thumb and life jacket so we had to re-adjust and slip her arm back through, then she was happy.

The boys had to pee when we got back.  Someone needs to teach their son to be more discreet!  ;)
