A great weekend at my Sister's

We met my sister and Justin in Springfield on Friday and rode down together. Austin didn't know what to think of having a buddy in the backseat with him. I think he kind of enjoyed it! On Saturday Austin was up early as usual, so my sisters kindly let me catch a few more minutes of shut-eye and took Austin jogging with them. I'm so glad someone is putting that jogging stroller to good use! In the afternoon we laid out by the pool. Somehow everyone got sun but me. I was hoping for a nice tan! It was so warm and sunny! Jenna had a dance recital that evening. She did such a great job. She's quite the little dancer. That night the boys took a bath together. That's a first for Austin. He really enjoyed the company. After we all got ready for bed we went down to the 'Spies Theatre' and watched August Rush. It's such a great movie--if anyone needs a good movie to rent. On Sunday we played outside and then made the trek home. It seems like the weekend was over before it started! We had a great time with the family.

9 Months

Austin is 9 months today! I can't believe how time flies! He has made quite a few changes in the past few weeks.

Austin has his 9 month check up today. He's now 19lbs 4oz. which is in the 25th percentile, 28.5 inches long, which is in the 51st percentile. He can now eat anything on our plate and have a sippy cup with milk, juice or water! They have officially changed the 'advice' again on not giving kids eggs or peanut butter. We are free to give him anything. We go back to the doctor when he is 1!
