4th of July...

We were in the Ozarks over the 4th. We had a great time with my family and our friends from Nebraska. Thursday night when everyone got down there we all went swimming...at least the kids did. We all had a lot of fun!

On the 4th we went to my parents Lake house and soaked up the sun most of the day. Austin went for his first waverunner ride. He seemed to really enjoy it. That night Dad took some of us on the boat to watch the fireworks at the Horny Toad. They were kind of a 'dud'...so we're thinking next year we'll invite everyone over to the condo for fireworks. We heard they lasted for 45 minutes and were amazing!! Austin also went tubing...just kidding...but my 2 1/2 year old nephew Justin did knee board by HIMSELF!! Holy cow! I hope that Austin is this brave next summer!!

I just had to post this picture of Bennett...there is something about the 'Adams' in us that makes us crave Pepsi!! I'm sure Bennett can't wait to have one! I'm pretty sure that's exactly what he is dreaming of in this picture...

My sister bought all the kids Patriotic T-shirts...
This picture is missing Bennett...we're thinking that with 4 boys next summer running around...we are really going to be in for it!

My sisters and me...

My family of 3...

My little Patriotic boy! He's still into making faces. They are pretty funny!

On Saturday Blake and Brooke came by and we went boating. We had fun even though the water in the Ha Ha Tonka cove was way too cold for me to get in. Brooke is prego and due in September with a boy...she looks too cute, huh! Austin was a real trooper that afternoon. It was so hot and the water was too cold. He was so worried that he would miss something that he didn't take a nap. He remained in good spirits though. He was asleep as soon as the boat started moving and didn't wake up when we put him in the wagon and hauled him to land.

It was a wonderful 4th!

Swim Lessons

Austin took swim lessons this summer and absolutely LOVED it! The pool was so perfect for him. He learned how to float on his back and kick his feet. He can also float on his tummy, put his face in and lunge off the side and go under. He's a fishy!!

New Baby!

I have a new nephew!!
Calem Ty arrived today! I'm in the Ozarks so haven't got to see him yet.
I heard he's really cute!
