I've also been working on body parts with Austin. He knows his nose real well...he sticks his finger up it and laughs!

Farm Animal Sounds

The past few weeks I've been working on animal sounds with Austin. We have started with the cow. When I'm changing his diaper in the mornings, I say, "Austin what does the cow say? Mooooooooo". He smiles and purses his lips together real tight and says "mmmmmmmbaaaaaaaaaa". I laugh everytime and now he does too! He tries so hard and you think he's actually going to do it and he follows it up with 'baaaaa'.

A nice visit...

A friend from High School was in town on Sunday and stopped by for a nice visit. It was great to get together and catch up. I wish we could do that more often!

A minor problem...

Ok, so on Sunday we were all outside and we looked down towards the barn and saw this. CATS...everywhere! We also noticed the day before that one had given birth to 5 little kitties. So if ANYONE knows of someone that would like a kitten, please let us know! My job now is to catch all 14 cats and get them to the vet to be fixed.
