Story Time

Austin was enjoying hearing a story read to him by 'no name' or his Nana...this kid still will not call Deb by anything!! He loves it when she comes over or when he sees her but has yet to call her by a name!

1st Sonogram

We had our 1st sonogram today! Brian and Austin went with me. We are sure that Austin has no idea what's going on or how his life is to be forever changed! There wasn't too much to see but a little bean looking baby! We are about 10 1/2 weeks and have another sonogram scheduled for 2 weeks.

Austin's New School

We decided to sign Austin up for preschool in the Fall. I can't believe how early you have to think about this!! There are already schools that are full for the Fall. We decided on God's Little Acre Preschool (GLAPS) in Danvers. Austin and I went for a tour and to meet the teacher. He felt right at home there! I can't believe he will be going to school. He told me that he was going to ride the school bus! Yeah-don't think so Austin-you're lucky Mommy is letting you leave me already! I think it will be a perfect fit for our family. It's only about 7 minutes from our house and 2 days a week for 2 1/2 hours. Plus I'll have the new baby and that will give us all some down time!

I'm in LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

Seriously...look at this little face! I'm so in love with this little man. He's such a trooper. I've been trying to really learn my camera and photography this winter and he's such a great model. He pretty much lets me do whatever I want with him! I have some more pictures to come so stay tuned!

Company for the Weekend

My parents came up this weekend. Austin got a new tie and we needed Dad to tie it for us. Austin stayed pretty still while he worked.

My parents brought more 'stuff' of mine. This time there was actually a fun box! Austin and I had a blast. I tried my old dance costumes and halloween costumes on him! Brian wasn't too thrilled that he had dance costumes on or that I was taking pictures. He just knew they would end up on the blog...goly gee...he was right!

A new tactic

So Austin was doing pretty well with the potty training bit until today. I'm not sure what is going on with him. So we decided to take a tractor or whatever toy he was playing with at the time away from him when he wet his pants. I had several tractors by the end of the night. I put them on the countertop in the laundry room so he could see them. He really wanted them back but had to potty in the potty to get them. This actually worked! It's all it took-he started keeping his undies dry again!
